With over 20 years of experience as a DP/camera operator in TV/Video production - and the last several in unscripted TV, Jim is a master of his craft.
Most recently, Jim shot the 11th season of A&E's Duck Dynasty (Gurney Productions) as well as its spinoff "Jep & Jessica: Growing the Dynasty." Recent sizzles he's shot include: "Brits & Mortar" (Studio Center) and "The Blind Men" (Gurney).
Past DP credits include: Tiny House Hunting (FYI/Leftfield Entertainment), “Fat N’ Furious-Rolling Thunder” (Discovery/Gurney), “Comic Con All Access” (Spike/New 38th Floor Productions), "Cool Tools" (DIY) Building Alaska (DIY/Orion Entertainment), Dead Files Revisited, “Mexican Made Easy” and "Unwrapped" (Food Network)
He has also shot two documentaries for PBS: "Ineffable" and "Ramona".
As Camera Op, he has shot "A Football Life" (ESPN) and NFL Network, "Building Alaska" (DIY/Orion Prod. and "Living Alaska (HGTV/Orion Prod.); "Heat Seekers" and "Family Style" (Food Network/High Noon), "Boss Hogg" (Discovery/Gurney).
Jim is an alum of San Diego State University.
